Because these products are made specifically for the customer, custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made by Blessed In My Bling.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Blessed In My Bling is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

10. Returns and Refunds

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Custom, personalized, clearance, and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

11. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.

We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.
