RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Blessed In My Bling, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review the following Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and unworn.

  • Item is in its original condition.

  • Item is returned with original packaging, when applicable.

  • Item shows no signs of damage caused by misuse, wear, or improper handling.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom jewelry

  • Personalized items

  • Special-order products

  • Clearance items

  • Final-sale items

  • Gift cards

Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for each customer, all sales of these items are considered final.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

To help us process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

Upon review, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund to the original payment method

The resolution provided will be determined at our discretion based on the circumstances of the claim.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, damaged merchandise, or a defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Inspection and Approval

Once a returned item is received, it will be inspected to verify eligibility.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

8. Exchanges

At this time, Blessed In My Bling does not guarantee direct exchanges.

If an exchange is approved, instructions will be provided by our customer support team.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not entered production, customization, processing, or shipping.

Once an order has begun processing or shipping, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Custom and personalized orders generally cannot be canceled once production has begun.

10. Policy Changes

Blessed In My Bling reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website.
